These are the terms we intend to operate under. Nothing is being sold in this preview, so nothing here forms an agreement yet.

Free pilot — 5 slots. Mechanical subs get a complimentary closeout review. $395 per project after the pilot. The $395 per-project price describes the intended offer.
What we would deliver
For one commercial HVAC or mechanical project package, we would deliver a readiness summary, a prioritized findings report with source references, a requirement checklist, a downloadable action tracker, a review coverage record, and one correction recheck.
Delivery target is two business days after a complete and readable intake with payment. This is a target, not a contractual deadline. Where an intake is incomplete or unreadable, the project would end in an Unable to process state with an explanation.
Your responsibilities
You supply the requirement source and the closeout documents, and you confirm you have the right to share them with us for review.
You remain responsible for the content of your closeout package and for what you submit to your owner, general contractor, engineer or commissioning authority.
Disclaimers
The review is a document comparison against requirements you supply. It is not an engineering opinion, not a code compliance certification, not a verification of installed conditions, and not a guarantee of acceptance, approval or payment.
Findings may be incomplete or incorrect where documents are unreadable, ambiguous, or where requirements are supplied only in part. Items we cannot resolve are reported as Unable to verify rather than passed.
Recheck conditions
The included recheck applies within 14 days of results, to up to 20 files and 100 pages, and addresses the findings raised in the original review. It is not a second full review of a substantially different package.
Refunds and disputes (intended)
We intend to refund in full where we cannot produce a report for a package we accepted. Where findings are disputed, we intend to re-examine the cited documents and correct the report if we got it wrong.
The exact refund and dispute process will be finalized before the service accepts payment.
Changes
Pilot limits, pricing and these draft terms may change before launch. When they do, this page changes with them.
